To reserve the property and secure your commitment, we also take a £1,000 upfront deposit. This ensures the deal is taken off the market while we work closely with you to move things forward smoothly.

Do you manage the property after sourcing it?

We focus on sourcing and securing the right property for you, but we can connect you with trusted letting agents in Yeovil who specialise in property management.

What happens if I don’t like any of the properties you find?

There’s no obligation to proceed unless the deal meets your investment criteria. We will continue searching until we find the right property for you.
